Key Lime Cheesecake Bars
A little cream cheese, butter and water can turn any meal into an amazing meal with this "no-bake" Key Lime Cheesecake Bar. Easy to make and has a light tart filling on a chocolate cookie crust that taste like you spent all day.
You will need:
1 cup hot water
2 - 8 ounce packs of cream cheese, softened
5 Tbs butter, Melted
Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap. Add melted butter to cookie crust mix and blend well. Press evenly and firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Place cream cheese, water and cheesecake mix into a medium bowl and blend for 1 minute. Increase speed and blend on high for 3 more minutes. Pour into crust and chill for 1to 2 hours. Grasp edges of plastic wrap and lift cheesecake out of pan. cut into 16 bars.
