Vodka Cream Sauce

Overview
Mild, but rich and creamy pink sauce with Parmesan cheese. Old World flavor in 15 minutes. Makes 1 3/4 quarts.
You will need:
2 cups water
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
Directions:
Combine sauce packet with water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add crushed tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and milk.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes. Additional water may be added for a thinner sauce.
Serve over cooked and well drained pasta.

Ingredients: Modified food starch, crea powder, tomato powder, sour cream powder, sugar, salt, spices, maltodextrin, cornstarch, garlic, monosodium glutamat, chicken fat, disodium inosinate and guanylate, natural flavor, Carmel color, and not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
Meat sauce variation: pour 3 cups water in pan. Add 1/2 lb ground chuck or ground turkey, breaking meat into fine pieces as it cooks over medium heat. add tomato paste and water and proceed as above. Serves 8
