Icebear –
Icebear cooks this with a bit of heavy cream or half and halp to make it thicker. It tastes amazing! You can also add more your extra broccoli forets.
Ron –
I give it 3 stars because I liked the taste but I do agree with CBerlin, I to love Broccoli cheese soup but this wasn’t thick enough, I’m told by my wife there are ways of making it creamery by using milk instead of water or Half & Half, so I’ll give it a try and report back.
CBerlin –
Did not like this soup was not very creamy and I love Broccoli cheese soup, just not this one.
Bobi –
This soup was amazing! I served it over steamed cabbage to entice my kids to eat more vegetables. I was surprised when my 3 year old asked for 2nds and 3rds. This was a big hit and a great staple to keep in the pantry for a quick meal.
