You will need:
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups milk
In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
Cheddar Jalapeno Mac & Cheese
2 ½ Cups Milk
1 ½ Cups Water
1 Cup of Cheese (Pepper Jack or White Cheddar Cheese work well)
1 lb. Cooked Noodles
Prepare soup as directed. Remove soup from stove and add cheese and stir till melted. Add noodle and place in 13×9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
Options: Add a breadcrumb topping or extra chopped jalapenos.
