Cheddar Jalapeño Soup
Full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. Its great just by itself!
The light flavor of Jalapeno is tamed by the cheddar base of the soup. Can feel the heat of the pepper but mild enough for most people.
Adding corn or potatoes will make the soup more mild, if you want to keep up the heat you can throw in some fresh jalapenos!
Wonderfully filling, great for cold months.

Thanks for contacting us! We are so glad that you enjoyed out Cheddar Jalapeno soup. It is delicious. I actually used it last night to make chicken enchiladas. Add cream cheese to make it thicker and it makes an awesome white enchilada sauce! Enjoy.

Love it, just enough spice from the jalapeno to balance out the creamy cheese flavor without being very spicy.
