You will need:
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
Optional idea!
Cheddar Jalapeno Mac & Cheese
2 ½ Cups Milk
1 ½ Cups Water
1 Cup of Cheese (Pepper Jack or White Cheddar Cheese work well)
1 lb. Cooked Noodles
Prepare soup as directed. Remove soup from stove and add cheese and stir till melted. Add noodle and place in 13×9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
Options: Add a breadcrumb topping or extra chopped jalapenos.

Thanks for contacting us! We are so glad that you enjoyed out Cheddar Jalapeno soup. It is delicious. I actually used it last night to make chicken enchiladas. Add cream cheese to make it thicker and it makes an awesome white enchilada sauce! Enjoy.

Love it, just enough spice from the jalapeno to balance out the creamy cheese flavor without being very spicy.
