This delicious enchilada soup is slightly spicy, thick and cheesy and ready to go in just 15 minutes! Add some chicken and this soup won’t leave you hungry.

You will need:
6 cups water
12 oz can of chicken (optional)

Whisk contents of package into 6 cups warm water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add a 12 oz. can of chicken or 1 cup of cooked chicken if desired.

Optional Additional Toppers:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Crumbled Tortilla Chips
Diced Tomatoes or Salsa

    Add freshly roasted chicken and corn and it is a full meal for six. Wonderful!!

    This is my favority soup mix…LOVE IT!! I have been making it for years. Add chicken to the soup and some avocado, diced tomatos, and tortilla chips to the bowl and you have yourself a great meal.

    I love this stuff!! I add a can of chicken and it is a wonderful meal. Especially nice on a rainy day with some crusty bread. I like to add some hot salsa to my bowl to make it even spicier but my wife says it’s perfect “as is”.
