You will need:
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
½ cup water
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease an 8” x 8” pan.
2- Stir water and eggs together until eggs are well blended. Add the lemon filling mix and stir until smooth. Set aside while crust is baking.
3- Cut cold butter into crust mix. Blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press crust into bottom of pan. Bake 8 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
4- Stir filling mixture again and pour over hot crust.
5- Bake 22-26 minutes or until center does not jiggle when shaken and top begins to brown. Cool completely. Sprinkle powdered sugar over bars if desired. Cut into 16 lemon bars.

Bought i of these at the Amarillo KOA. Made it and really enjoyed them. Best lemon bar mix I have ever gotten. Went back and bought 5 more so I would have on hand. Will order when I am close to being out. WONDERFUL
