Sea-horsey Seafood & Horseradish Dip Mix


Enjoy the flavor of horseradish without the burn! This fabulous dip combines the mild flavors of horseradish with the rich, but mellow, flavor of seafood. Great for chips and fantastic as a hot dip! Simply add cream cheese and sour cream. Makes 2 cups.

Add packet to:
1 cup sour cream (regular or low fat)
8 oz cream cheese

Add the following if desired:
Small can of seafood (chopped clams, shrimp or crab)

Mix well and chill one hour.

Hot Crab Dip
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix 1 cup of sour cream, 8 oz of cream cheese and 1 small can of white crab meat with seasoning packet. Stir in ½ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Place in buttered oven-proof baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown on top. Serve with chips or toasted bread rounds.
