Red Velvet Pancakes


  • 1 package Plentiful Pantry Red Velvet Pound Cake Mix
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
    Cream Cheese Glaze:
  • 6 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp. butter softened
  • 2 cups powder sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    Optional Toppings:
  • Butter
  • Syrup
  • Whipped Cream

Mix water, melted butter, eggs and Red Velvet Pound cake mix. Spoon mixture on hot griddle (about 4” dia.). Flip pancakes when they start to form bubbles.

Cream Cheese Glaze:

In a mixing bowl, mix together with electric hand mixer on medium speed cream cheese and butter until well combined and fluffy (about 2 min). Add powder sugar, milk and vanilla and mix for 1 minute until well combined. Add additional milk if you desire a thinner consistency. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
