- 12 packaged rolls (ie Kings Hawaiian)
- 1 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 24 slices Colby Jack cheese
- Plentiful Pantry Veggie Ranch Dip Mix, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly grease the inside of a 9×13 baking dish.
Using a serrated knife cut through the middle of the rolls. Place the bottoms side by side on the pan. Set the tops aside.
In a small bowl combine the softened butter with ½ the Plentiful Pantry Veggie Ranch Dip Mix.
Brush the bottoms of the sliced rolls with about 1/2 of the seasoned butter.
Layer 1/2 of the cheese on the bottom, then arrange the turkey and bacon crumbles over the cheese. Top turkey and bacon with remaining cheese. Break cheese slices if needed to fit.
Brush the underside of the roll tops liberally with butter mixture. Place the tops on the cheese.
Brush the remaining seasoned butter on top and sides.
Cover loosely with foil. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
While baking, take the remaining Veggie Ranch Dip Mix and combine with ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayo.
Cut apart and serve immediately with additional Veggie Ranch dip, if desired.
