Shrimp Shooters


  • 1 lb cooked cocktail shrimp
  • 1 pkt Tortilla Soup Mix
  • 6 cups water
  • Thinly sliced cucumber or lime optional


  • Whisk water into the tortilla soup mix and bring to a boil. Simmer 20-25 minutes
  • Pour soup into shot glasses or other small serving vessels. Top shot glasses with shrimp and other garnishes as desired.
  • **You could also toss the soup and water in a crock pot earlier in the day and just portion out as needed from the crock pot during the party. **
